The Tour Ends Here

Well, friends, unfortunately, I have to pull the plug on the blog. This is not my choice, but I can totally understand the need to respect the privacy of others. Thanks for your comments. I have enjoyed them thoroughly. I haven't decided yet whether to continue with just my boring, non-work escapades...because frankly, I don't have many. But, regardless, thanks for stopping by and letting me share a little of my life with you.

The Southern Gang

Cat was back in town for a week before heading to Olympic qualifying in Mexico. What a great excuse to make all the southern crew meet up for dinner. Yummy India, Thai, Chinese food. I had my doubts, but that rice was reeeel guuuuuuud.

Thanks to the Lexus for being an excellent camera stand!

The Story Continues...

Ok, thanks to all my creepy, stalker, new friends... we'll keep the good times rolling. It's okay if I don't know you. Feel free to leave a note and introduce yourself. I'm sure we all have a friend of a friend of a friend in common...or at least my mother. I'm sick this week. So, nothing exciting to report. But don't worry, I'll be hitting the friendly skies again this weekend. I bet no one can guess where I'm going for an extensive 36 hours. Hope I am better...

Show Me the Love!

Ok, so I started this blog when we went on strike. It was a good way to fill some downtime and get a chance to diary my life. However, now that I am back to working 24hours a day, I've realized just how time consuming this blogging lifestyle can be. I am at a crossroad whether or not to even continue posting about Trinkletown. I thought I would get more comments from people, and I've been disappointed that no one ever weighs in on my adventure. Especially since I can see exactly how many visitors I have. So, I have to consider the possibility that my life is just not that interesting to people. If you want to see me continue, whether you know me or not, leave me a comment. Tell me something...anything. I need to be motivated people! Otherwise, I'll just find a way to write a final chapter. Hit "comments" below. Write me. Ask me. Love me.

Happy Birthday Cat!

Friday night a group of us took Cat out for her 26th birthday. Now, for those of you who don't know, Cat Whitehill is one of my most famous friends. She is a world-famous professional athlete, playing repeatedly in Olympics and World Cup. And we've had such a long, fun road together...I was her senior discipleship leader in high school when I was a senior and she was a freshman. Then, she (and her husband) lived with me for most of a year. Now, I get to catch her for short visits when she comes to town to train with her team.

The whole Southern crew on our triple date... wink!wink!

Tip- Game #3

After a rained out week last week, the Tip returned today on top of their game. Everyone came out to play. We allowed 0 walks, very few hits, and had some killer fielding. Brandt led the way with the bats by slugging 2 home runs. Everyone else got a hit and we did some great running! Final score: 18-5!

The Blomeyers!!!

I was so lucky to get to visit with Ashley Blomeyer and her 2 boys Logan and Hutchins before I left Birmingham. They are very busy and always on the go, so I was thrilled that I caught them at home between naps. They are so handsome and so much fun!
